Warning: Hidden Fees! I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The seller ships with UPS, who added a £70 brokerage fee on top of customs/VAT with no warning. This was not disclosed in the listing. When I contacted the seller, he was rude and dismissive, even telling me scathingly “i suggest you beg your relatives for money” to cover the charges. I have never been spoken to so condescendingly, truly shocking and unprofessional. Etsy have confirmed the seller is responsible for these charges, yet he refuses to take accountability. I have opened a complaint and Etsy are now investigating. UK & overseas buyers: avoid this shop unless you are prepared for hidden fees & rude customer service. Furthermore, my item arrived in a torn envelope and flimsy bag with no padding or protection. Shocking given the nature of product
