Preparation Time: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Times: Standard shipments are delivered in 5-8 business days.


International Sales: For all countries except the United States, the buyer is responsible for customs duties.

Shipping to EU Countries

Orders to European Union countries are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days; however, customs procedures may extend this period.

Delivery Delays

Customers are informed about the order status when the delivery time is exceeded. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, a full refund is reserved for lost orders that cannot be delivered within a reasonable time.

Taxes and Customs

For orders shipped to EU countries, VAT is shown as not included in the product price. The customer is responsible for VAT and customs duties.

Tracking numbers are sent via email for all shipped orders.
